Spartan Obstacle Specialist: Class participants of all levels learn obstacle-specific techniques to dominate their next Spartan Race from our Level 2 coaches. Fitness professional? Pair the class with the online Spartan SGX workshop at a special package price. Classes are generally held at Spartan Race venues the day before select race weekends. The class *updated for 2019* is limited to 20 participants.

Spartan SGX: Become a certified Spartan coach. Learn how to train others with periodized workouts and a holistic view of fitness infused with Spartan values. Attend a live two-day certification workshop at an upcoming Spartan Race stadium event; join an online workshop; or pair the online certification workshop with a live Spartan Obstacle Specialist course at a special package price.

Spartan Edge: Spartan Edge for Trainers explains the concepts behind human performance with easy-to-understand visual displays and group discussions. Trainers learn how to pair these insights with their fitness programming to hone the minds and bodies of clients, making their training classes stand out from the rest of the pack.

Spartan Strong: Spartan Strong participants conquer mind and body challenges in an innovative workout that brings the spirit of Spartan Race to group fitness. This live 1-day instructor training teaches the core principles of Spartan training, and how instructors can inspire anyone to overcome obstacles in everyday life.
